I'm the Creative Director at Sponge; a brilliant creative agency in Norwich. I lead a fantastic pack of talented creatives. It's my responsibility to oversee every project, defining and setting creative direction, but I'm also a hands-on creative with a strategic and commercial awareness in my approach. My main goal, aside delivering excellence for our clients, is to inspire and motivate the creative team to always deliver to the best of their ability.

 

With over a 14 years experience in the industry, I've gained valuable experience at multiple agencies and as a freelancer. I've had the fortune to work across many sectors, including; property and construction, FMCG, charity, public sector, B2B, entertainment, leisure & hospitality, agriculture and education.

Like most designers, my passion is branding, but I'm undeniably an all-rounder. I love opportunities to transfer my skills to new challenges, industries or deliverables that I've not done before. My expertise covers; branding, art direction (film and photography), illustration, UI design (With some UX in the mix), exhibitions, signage and placemaking.

Over the years I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of client, from local startups to national and international organisations.
